About JR ASHAM Club
Purpose:
To provide a venue to more actively engage our ASHAM Junior members.
To support the efforts of the ASHAM board and the entire association.
To increase interest in and involvement with American Saddlebreds in our state and on a national level.
To build camaraderie and social relationships to enhance junior members experiences and friendships within the Association.
Club Membership Requirements:
-Be a current ASHAM Junior member.
-Be willing to attend regular meetings and take part in activities.
-Be eager to build partnerships and friendships to support the ASHAM organization as a whole regardless of barn/trainer affiliation.
-Be committed to building a positive ASHAM image to enhance the Saddlebred community locally and countrywide.
Responsibilities of Jr. ASHAM Club (JAC):
*Elect a slate of officers including:
*President (also representative to ASHAM Board)
*Vice President
*Secretary
*Treasurer-Hold regular meetings
-Provide report of activities to ASHAM board monthly.
-Support requests of ASHAM board to help with activities or projects to support association.
-Make recommendations to ASHAM board on ways to better support Junior members.
-Develop ideas and carry out plans to support ASHAM members and the American Saddlebred.
-Take guidance from ASHAM Board Member involved to support JAC.
